With ISO:9001 certified facility in Hong Kong & China houses 300,000 square feet of state-of-the-art production. Most of the production equipment used at Mosaic is custom-designed and proprietary, furthermore we obtained several FAMA (Facility and Merchandise Authorisation) from Big Names - Disney® . Through constant investment in technology, we are able to offer the capacity to produce more than 1 million square meters of printed products, 4.8 million square meters of dust control mats and half a million units of moulded rubber mats every year.
In our China manufacturing plant, we have in-house moulding presses and HD printing machine. We have entire production line from raw materials primary focus on components from rubber tyre to the final packaging materials. Furthermore, we have the ability to run other types of materials such as polypropylene.
In addition, we have the equipment to support the moulding engraving machine. To ensure your mould will produce the best parts possible, every time, minor mould repairs can be made in our on-site machine shop. We also offer light industrial assembly capabilities. Finished parts can be packaged with bar code labels and shipped directly to your distribution centres.

Mosaic™ does not use any substances included on the SVHC (Substances of Very High Concerns) list under REACH, including Di-octyl phthalate (DOP) plasticiser.
Which is an additive used to cheapen vinyl compounds. It is slowly released into air, leached in to soil, water or liquids/foods. Direct exposure can cause serious health problems. All Mosaic™ products are free of this substance.
Our infrastructure of factory information systems, built by Mosaic, collects real-time data from all our production line. The machine parameters, production projections, KPIs and downtime analyses are displayed on intuitively designed screens. Our production managers have instantaneous audio/video connection with every work station across our manufacturing floor.
